When you enter our gate, you will feel like you are back in the 1950’s.    We have two docks, one 300 feet long and the other 100 feet stretching out into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The hawk’s back reef provides calm swimming and boating water. Enjoy our complementary kayaks. PAYMENT POLICY:    Personal checks must be received within 10 days from the date the reservation is made.  A credit card deposit guarantees your reservation from the moment the credit card number is received.  The balance is due upon check-in.  A credit card imprint is mandatory upon check-in.  (Holidays, special events and multiple reservations will require larger deposits). CANCELLATION POLICY:  Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:  We carefully prepare for each guest's arrival, so please remember... CHECK-OUT time is promptly at 10:00am.  CHECK-IN time is 3:00pm.  For early arrivals or late departures, a half day room rate will be charged.
