We have two docks, one 300 feet long and the other 100 feet stretching out into the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The hawk's back reef provides a natural shoreline and calm water for fishing or boating. PAYMENT POLICY: A valid Visa or Mastercard guarantees your reservation from the moment the credit card number is received. Payment is due upon check in. No checks, please..
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy of seven days prior to your arrival to avoid charges. During dates where a minimum length of stay (MLOS) is in effect, the 7 day cancellation policy still applies, and you will be liable for the total amount of the MLOS. There will be no exceptions.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME: We carefully prepare for each guest's arrival, so please remember... CHECK-OUT time is promptly at 10:00am. CHECK-IN time is 3:00pm. For late departures, a half day room rate will be charged. After 1:00 pm a full nights rate will be charged For arrivals past 6:00 PM local time, please call us for instructions on how to get into your room.
